CrocCRM provides workflow automation tools and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Any decisions made using data processed through CrocCRM remain solely your responsibility.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for funding decisions made by third-party lenders, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Access the Service through automated means without prior authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including but not limited to abuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with applicable regulations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CrocCRM operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
